Chip brings 30 years of experience consulting pediatric practices on issues of financial analysis, clinical improvement, business development,marketing, and customer service to the Verden Group.
Chip is best known for his extensive knowledge of primary care practice management and is often recognized for his work with the AAP’s Section on Administration and Practice Management (SOAPM).
Currently the Director of Pediatric Solutions at PCC, the leading pediatric EHR and practice management vendor, Chip provides frequent insight into the world of pediatric performance on his blog.
Chip leads educational seminars and consults for chapter, regional, and national AAP meetings and is regularly published in several industry publications.

"Researchers taught two different groups of 7th grade students about their sexual health over an 8-lesson course – once during the 2018-2019 school year and again in the 2023-2024 school year. After the courses were completed, each group of students was given a questionnaire on what they learned and their attitudes about sexual health topics. Despite both groups showing interest in the topic, the 2023-2024 group reported more negative feelings and beliefs regarding sexual education than their peers in the 2018-2019 group."
